Run the Example

Use the standalone steps below; the source’s repository-relative commands assume a cookbook checkout. This single-user demo uses the default user bucket for memories. Pass a stable authenticated user_id for each application user and reuse session_id to resume a conversation after a restart.

Set up your virtual environment

uv venv --python 3.12
source .venv/bin/activate

Install dependencies

uv pip install -U agno "psycopg[binary]" cohere sqlalchemy

Export your Cohere API key

export CO_API_KEY="your_co_api_key_here"

Run PgVector
