Leave WorkOS credentials unset for the first run:
unset WORKOS_API_KEY WORKOS_CLIENT_IDThis path generates a temporary local JWKS and checks app construction without a WorkOS account or model call. It prints CONSTRUCTION_SMOKE PASS and exits.

Optional WorkOS provisioning demo
Use this branch only with a disposable WorkOS environment. Setting both WORKOS_API_KEY and WORKOS_CLIENT_ID makes the program create permissions, overwrite the environment-role permissions for admin, member, and viewer, create or reuse the Agno BYOT Demo organization, and create or reuse three @agno-byot-demo.com users. Reused users have their passwords reset to the fixed demonstration password embedded in the source. The program authenticates those users, prints their access tokens, and starts AgentOS.
For Windows, first replace the live branch's /tmp/agno_workos_jwks.json destination with a platform-independent temporary directory:

For an existing application, integrate build_agent_os with its trusted JWKS file and expected audience; the demonstration provisioning function is not required.
